Challenge

  • High-potential leaders needed stronger storytelling, leadership presence, and influence to lead effectively in complex, people-driven environments.

 

What We Did

  • Designed and delivered an exclusive social mentoring experience bringing together SEED Academy and OCBC expert mentors for peer-to-peer learning, leadership storytelling practice, and real-world influence development.

 

Outcome

  • Participants strengthened leadership presence, communicated with greater clarity and confidence, and expanded their influence across teams and functions.

L'Oréal Singapore

Challenge

  • Management trainees needed stronger exposure to senior leadership and clearer, more engaging communication channels across a dispersed APAC workforce.

 

What We Did

  • Designed and produced a four-part live chat series, coaching management trainees to host leadership interviews and managing end-to-end content flow, messaging alignment, and post-session video summaries.

 

Outcome

  • The series generated strong regional engagement, building meaningful connection between leaders and talent while strengthening communication visibility across the APAC workforce.

Prudential Singapore

Challenge

  • Prudential needed to reposition its employer brand from a traditional insurance company to a wellness-led organisation to attract and engage top talent.

 

What We Did

  • Designed and delivered an EVP Advocates Programme, combining social media and personal branding training, 1:1 coaching, and a three-month LinkedIn activation challenge to build confident internal advocates.

 

Outcome

  • The programme generated strong internal and external momentum, strengthened employer brand visibility, and supported Prudential in winning the HR Award for Best Talent Acquisition Strategy that year.

Biofarma Indonesia

Challenge

  • Leaders needed stronger strategic judgment, execution discipline, and cross-functional alignment to support innovation and revenue growth.
