Our Story

SEED Academy is a corporate training and capability development partner serving organisations across the Asian market.

Powered by Stories of Asia (founded in 2019), SEED Academy was created to address a common challenge faced by HR and L&D leaders: training that is well-designed, but does not translate into real performance.​

The Founder

SEED Academy is founded and led by Sam Neo, Founder & CEO of Stories of Asia.

Sam is a seasoned HR leader and award-winning capability and brand strategist with experience working across Asia and globally. His work focuses on turning learning into execution and performance.
