Group Coaching
Collective reflection that builds accountability and cohesion.

What it does
Designed around the outcome, not a fixed curriculum.
Facilitated coaching gives leaders space to work through shared challenges together. Groups learn from one another, test new approaches and build the trust needed for aligned execution.
Leaders are facing related challenges but solving them in isolation, limiting peer learning, alignment and collective accountability.

Frequently asked
Before we begin.
01How is group coaching different from a workshop?
A workshop teaches and practises a defined capability. Group coaching starts with the participants’ live challenges and uses reflection, questions and peer perspective to improve judgement and action over time.
02Does everyone need to be from the same team?
No. Group coaching can support an intact leadership team or a cohort of leaders from different functions who share a development priority.
03How do you create enough trust for honest discussion?
We set clear working agreements, confidentiality boundaries and expectations for participation. The coach also structures the conversation so challenge remains constructive and relevant.
