Frequently asked
Before we begin.
01What is the difference between coaching and advisory?
Coaching helps a leader examine assumptions and build their own judgement. Advisory adds relevant practitioner perspective when it is useful. SEED can combine both, while keeping the leader accountable for the decision.
02Is the coaching confidential?
Yes. The boundaries of confidentiality, sponsor involvement and progress reporting are agreed at the start so both the leader and organisation know what to expect.
03Can coaching be linked to an internal leadership programme?
Yes. One-to-one coaching can reinforce a wider learning journey by helping leaders apply shared concepts to their own teams, decisions and stakeholder relationships.
